Performax Hockey would like to honor and pay tribute to the life of John DiPasquale. John was a member of the Black Knights and Performax Hockey family for years. John passed away Friday July 3rd, 2009. John was known for being a great friend , team mate and family man. One that was willing to help and assist others when needed. Fittingly, John registered an assist in his last game that he proudly recalled to his cousin Charles. John had a love for the sport that all of the Performax family has and he will be sorely missed ! - Ed Ellis, Frank Albert and the entire Performax Hockey family.
